Lightly Tumbled Natural Nuggets

2. Hardness: Copper is a relatively soft metal compared to others on the Mohs scale, with a hardness ranging from 2.5 to 3. This means it can be scratched or dented easily.

3. Clarity: Copper is not transparent like some minerals; it is opaque.

4. Luster: Freshly exposed copper surfaces have a bright metallic luster, but this can dull over time as the metal oxidizes. However, polished copper surfaces can maintain a shiny appearance.

5. Density: Copper has a high density, around 8.96 grams per cubic centimeter, making it a heavy metal.
